President’s Night was the perfect setting for the winner of the Christofer Mann ‘Step Up & Shine’ in association with National Hairdressers’ Federation to be announced. The room was full of industry experts as Paul Curry, from The National Hairdressers’ Federation and World Hair Director, took to the stage to announce the winner.
This is the third year the Scholarship has run and it continues to be a unique educational programme. Project Leader Debbie G provides the support that Evangeline will need to ensure she gets the most out of her £2,500 bespoke educational package. She will be able to tailor the courses to what she feels will benefit her the most in her own career and we cannot wait to follow and share her journey.
Evangeline Barrett, from BLONDZ Hair in Weymouth, said
“I’m completely overwhelmed to be part of Step Up and Shine this year. When I heard my name called out I froze and didn’t know what to do. Step Up and Shine will be the start of my dreams coming true. I can’t wait for what this year is going to bring and the opportunities it will create.
