Q: How am I kept up to date?
A: We want to ensure that you’re kept update to date with all the latest news, views and updates which could impact your business and the hair and beauty industry. NHF Members will receive a copy salonfocus, e-newsletters, quarterly updates from the NHF CEO. The NHF website and social media channels are also kept up to date with the latest news, events and blogs.
Q: What’s in the online shop?
A: The shop is packed with guides, fact sheets, contracts, licences and leases and documentation to support you and your business. You can download some of the items straight away or order them. A lot of our products are free of charge to order as part of your membership. Non-members can view what we have to offer here.
Q: Who do I speak to if I have a question about my business or membership?
A: Our friendly membership team will answer your questions, queries or point you in the right direction. They will answer queries regarding your membership, calculate holidays, take orders or book you onto an event. The membership team are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
